Brent is just FANTASTIC! He was far from uptight but still very professional. I have walked the house plenty of times and wrote down how many items that I believed needed to be addressed and before I could even state them, Brent already addressed them. There was even an item that I forgot to mention and lo and behold, it was in the report. And it was such a small fix but he still caught it. If anyone tells you to skip out on an inspection for a new build, please disregard and call Three S Home Inspection. It was a phenomenal, and quick process. So much stress has been taken from me and I can’t thank Brent enough for such a thorough job.
