I went into contract on a Friday in Texas. I called and got an inspection that Sunday. Amazing people in the office doing the scheduling and a thorough inspection. I got the sewer inspection and it was worth it.

3S Home Inspection was a pleasure to work with! We learned gas was off during our inspection yet details were still provided same day for the areas inspected, they promptly finished the inspection once gas was turned on, & had the full report to us the same day. Jimmy was very nice to work with & did an excellent job. We also had questions & concerns along the way with the home & Brent was very professional, addressed each concern, & did an exceptional job walking us through everything. As a Realtor, this is the type of service I appreciate, & can feel good about referring to my clients in the future. A huge "Thank you" to Brent & Jimmy!!

This team is awesome! They were highly recommended by my realtors. Was in urgent need of getting a home inspection before my option period is over. They were able to get me in the very next day. Rob was my inspector, and he did an awesome job from start to finish. The inspection report was sent the very same day of the inspection. Everything was very thorough and documented. High recommended!!

Carlos was my home inspector and he was amazing! He was very thorough in his findings and walked me through the report once he finished which helped a lot. I really appreciated the way he was able to break everything down for me to understand and didn’t sugar coat anything! I would also like to shoutout the customer service for Three S as well. All the communication via reminders, texts and even the conversations over the phone were great and really helped ease a lot of worries about the overall inspection!
