Carlos did an incredibly thorough job. The house had been inspected by a previous buyer’s inspector but the report was not nearly so detailed as the one Three S gave me. Carlos was able to find issues that weren’t documented at all in the disclosure or previous inspection. He was very friendly and patient and took the time to go over what he found with me before leaving, letting me know what might be expensive, what will be best handled by a professional, what I should consider taking care of right away, and what might be able to wait. It gave me so much peace of mind to have someone patiently explain these things to me instead of just handing me a spooky-looking report and leaving and I feel much more confident that I have what I need to make an educated decision about my home purchase. So thankful.
