Amazing. Very thorough and doesn’t miss a thing. A lot of times I ask too many questions and I annoy most with all of my questions and concerns . He answered every question and eased every concern. He did not come off as if he was annoyed or didn’t want to answer my questions. He catches all the things the realtor and seller don’t want you to notice. He has great advice and suggestions. I truly trust if he says it’s a good buy or not. I will now recommend him to everyone I know. ❤️
