Carlos was very thorough on his walk through . Caught a lot of details I wouldn’t have check . I would recommend

Recently got a home inspected and the inspector did such a great job. Detailed report and very well informative. I truly recommend this company

Very punctual and thorough when it comes to doing their job. Really appreciate the attention to detail that they give. Being a 1st time home buyer they made it very comforting to move in and move forward with the process.

Quick response to initial inquiry. Ease of Online Appointments. Communicative throughout the process and very thorough with my inspection report. Love that I was able to easily share from the portal to my realtor and able to send referral quote request directly from the app with details to contractors.

I have wonderful experience with the inspections, they have inspected multiple properties and I have been pleasantly impressed with their detail. I will always continue to work with them.

Recently had a home we are looking to buy, inspected by Brent. He did a very thorough job, was very informative and willing to answer any questions we had. Would recommend this company! Thank you!

I called Three S Home Inspection & they were available within 2 days!

They didn’t just inspect the house...

They submitted a thorough report to helped us understand what we were actually buying.

Highly recommend for quick avaiability, thorough reports with pictures and videos, and extremely valuable before making a major investment

Three S Inspections are a phenomenal team of inspectors. I already knew Brent and have collaborated with him on somethings and he’s very knowledgeable, very helpful and really cares about his company. But the integrity, knowledge, attention to details, and client value doesn’t stop with him. I had the opportunity to work with Rob Speckman, another Three S inspector, who assisted my clients in their home inspection. I realized that there is a culture within this company, that is consistently displayed which each inspector that makes me, as a realtor, feel reassured that my clients are in great hands. Rob was so helpful, knowledgeable, answered ever concern that my clients had, allowing me to just be a great realtor and not need to explain his inspection. Three S inspection report are very clear, and resourceful. I HIGHLY recommend working with this team, and look forward to working with them again in the future!
