Three S Home Inspection was recommended by our realtor. I looked into other companies, but saw that Three S offers an 11 month warranty check complimentary with inspection purchase. I thought that was quite clever of them. Brent came out yesterday and did a thorough inspection. I appreciated that we got a full report of everything checked and a summary report of the findings.
